In 2021, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Carrying out the Recommendation Work for the 2021 Green Manufacturing List (Letter No. 130 [2021] of the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization) and the Notice of the Office of Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on Recommending the 2021 Green Manufacturing List and Reviewing the Third Batch of Green Manufacturing List (Letter No. 118 [2021] of Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology), Schindler Drive went through strict screening in multiple links, including independent application, on-site evaluation by third-party institutions, review and recommendation by municipal industry and information technology departments, and demonstration and evaluation by experts from the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

In July of the same year, the publicized list showed that Xunda Drive's traction machines were recommended for the national green design products; in early 2022, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the 2021 Green Manufacturing List. A total of 30 products in Henan Province were selected, among which three permanent magnet synchronous motors and escalator motors produced by Schindler (Xuchang) Drive Technology Co., Ltd. were listed.
