The Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou High-Speed Railway is China's first high-speed railway controlled by private capital. It is an intercity passenger railway connecting Hangzhou, Shaoxing, and Taizhou, and serves as a component of the national coastal railway express passenger transport corridor. The railway has a total investment of 44.89 billion yuan, spans 266.9 kilometers, and is designed for an operating speed of 350 kilometers per hour.
